Preparing to Buy

A successful home search starts before the first showing.

We’ll begin by clarifying your goals, budget, timeline, preferred areas, and must-have features. This helps keep the search focused and prevents you from getting distracted by homes that look good but do not fit your needs.

Before touring seriously, it is also important to get pre-approved for a mortgage. A strong pre-approval helps you understand your price range, estimate monthly costs, and make a more competitive offer when the right home comes along.

From there, I help you compare homes, evaluate neighborhoods, understand the numbers, and move through each step with confidence.

The goal is simple: find the right home, make smart decisions, and avoid unnecessary surprises.
